If you get a gray box where the map shouldbe with a message saying "Ooops! Something went wrong"...
This means you haven't obtained and installed your Google maps API key. If you have already installed it, then something is set right at Google. More information and links to sign up can be found here: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key
